Senior Architectural Technician

£40,000-£50,000 (Permanent)

This vacancy is straight from the top drawer. It's one of the bets vacancies we've had the privilege to advertise in recent months and it's on behalf of one of our best known Architectural clients, close to Preston in Lancashire. 

Firstly; in terms of sectors, this practice traditionally work across a wide range including Commercial, industrial, Education. They have an established design & technical team and many years of experience and that can offer support to their growing studio. They are looking for an established Senior Technician to join their practice and support the wider team on a selection of interesting projects.

You will join the company in a pivotal, Senior Technical role and will work in close coordination with the Technical team .You will liaise directly with the Directors and partners of the business and work on a diverse and wide range of projects, primarily with the Commercial sector.

Ideally we're looking for someone to meet the following criteria:

·Holding a relevant Architectural qualification.
·Minimum of 5 years practical experience (UK based preferred).
·Previous experience working on Commercial projects would be beneficial.
·Ability using REVIT to a good standard.
·Excellent technical detailing ability.
·Knowledge and experience of UK building regulations.
