i-teachers are currently working with a superb secondary academy based in the Gateshead area who are looking to find a naturally outgoing, progressive and target driven Teacher of English to provide superb learning experiences for their KS3 & KS4 students in the English subject in a permanent role beginning September 2024.

Teacher of English – Role Information:
- Teacher of English
- Located in Gateshead (NE2)
- Based in one secondary school
- Permanent position – Beginning September 2024
- Paid £30,000 – £38,000 depending on experience
- Working across KS3 & KS4 – Option for A-Level teaching

Teacher of English – Applicant Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status – Secondary English
- Minimum 2:1 UK based degree
- Open to ECT’s and experienced teachers
- Good or better prior teaching observations
- Passionate about the English subject
- Strong classroom management skills
- Eager to be valued member of inspiring English department
