Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, an established Cyber Security Training business in their search for a Key Account Manager to focus on sales support and account management across UK & Ireland clientele to work in a hybrid role from their offices in Swansea .
For the successful Key Account Manager our client is offering:
- Salary up to £35,000 (OTE £7-9k)
- Monday to Friday 8.30 – 17.00
- Permanent

The role – Key Account Manager:
- Responsible for increasing revenue in the UK region through the product portfolio, by the management and growth of existing key accounts
- Conduct effective, regular Customer Account Reviews
- Promote training events through appropriate social media channels
- Manage, deliver & exceed agreed targets, KPI’s and other set objectives
- Conduct invite calls to VIPs for specific events
What our client is looking for in a Key Account Manager
- Experience account managing up to 50 key accounts – ESSENTIAL
- Marketing and Sales Support experience – ESSENTIAL
- Excellent Communication Skills – ESSENTIAL
- Exposure working in technical industry would be advantageous, anyone who has supported training events would be ideal – DESIREABLE
- Sales / BDM Experience – ESSENTIAL
