Job Description
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee daily operations of the branch
- Drive sales and profitability
- Implement brand standards and visual merchandising
- Manage stock control and ensure product availability
- Train and develop team members
- Handle customer complaints and queries
- Report on branch performance and suggest improvements
The Successful Applicant
A successful Branch Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a retail management role
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of retail operations and processes
