Customer Service Executive

Job description
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Doncaster. As well as Customer Service, you will also be supporting the sales team with the processing of quotations and acting as the main point of contact for initial sales opportunities as well as general sales administration support. You will also provide exceptional sales and administrative support to maintain a wow customer buying experience. This role would suit someone who has previous experience in a diverse supporting role within a sales function who appreciates working within a small business.
Key duties and responsibilities.....
- Processing quotations & Customer Presentations
- Answering the phone - taking orders.
- Supporting with invoice queries
- Processing orders
- Sorting Customer Queries – POD`s ETA`s, returns, credits
- Account Management Phone calls & Emails
- Completing various reports for the sales management team
- Follow up calls to existing customers - upselling / cross selling
Requirements
- Customer service and administration experience in an office environment
- Hungry, Humble, Smart
- Passionate for solving customer requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop personable and professional relationships
- Strong computer skills, fully competent with all relevant software applications (MS Office Word & Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, demonstrating initiative
- A flexible approach to duties and a keen 'can do’ attitude
Hours: Monday – Thursday – 08:00-17:00 (Flexible) Friday – 08:00-15:00 (Flexible)
