Job description
A popular accessories retailer is looking to recruit an assistant store manager to work in their store based in the Hereford area. The company has established itself in the retail industry due to their strong focus on the quality of the products and trendy designs. Candidates will need to have experience in stores with similar turnovers and display the ability to show strong leadership whilst achieving sales targets. The company prides itself on providing shoppers with a memorable experience and currently has over 200 stores that all aim to develop their employees whilst nurturing a fun and exciting atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be an experienced people manager who demonstrates desirable leadership qualities to deliver outstanding customer service standards that are a priority within the business.
