Job description
As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality ingredients and managing supplier relationships. You will work closely with our chefs and management team to ensure our standards are met and maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and terms.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Manage inventory and forecast supply needs.
Requirements:
- Experience in procurement, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Sichuan cuisine ingredients market is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
