Job Description
- Assist in coordinating projects within the public sector and not-for-profit department
- Provide administrative support to project teams and stakeholders
- Help manage project documentation and reports
- Ensure all project activities adhere to organisational guidelines and standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives
- Assist with monitoring project progress and addressing potential issues
- Coordinate project meetings and support the project manager as needed
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes and procedures
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Support Coordinator should have:
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software tools
- Capability to work effectively within a team and independently
