Job description
We are proud of the care we provide across our Older Adult Mental Health Services. We offer care on wards and also in the community and this allows us to work collaboratively to support our patients and those closest to them. Our teams are well staffed, and you will find some of our staff have been in our teams for many years. These posts have been created so that we can ensure we can continue to provide excellent patient care now and in the future, and we are excited to welcome our first cohort of Apprentice Healthcare Support Workers to our teams. We really believe that the apprenticeship model offers something different and provides an alternative route into healthcare that will bring benefits to the successful applicants, to our teams and to the people we support. *Opportunities available will be discussed on an individual basis and individuals must meet the prerequisites for chosen route.
