Job description

About the role:

As our Early Years Teacher, you'll be big on inspiring, exciting and nurturing children through a crucial stage of their development.

 

Motivating children every day and attentive to their personal achievements, you’ll use resources imaginatively to help them learn in a way that works for them as an individual.

You'll make them feel safe and secure, nurture their confidence and guide development of their social and communication skills. You’ll have confidence in helping children understand their impact on the world, mentoring and steering them to help make the right choices.

You will be a supportive and trusted leader of the Preschool team, attentive to children’s accomplishments and challenges.  You’ll share observations and attainment with parents to promote a true partnership approach to get the best from every child.

Who are we looking for?

Minimum level 6-degree qualification: EYTS, EYPS, QTS, Ba or BSc in Early years.
Experience of working within the Early years sector
Experience of working in the Early year’s foundation stage framework is essential
