£31422 plus OT, 27 days plus BH, medical plan, pension scheme
THE COMPANY:- A leading social housing client is seeking a domestic plumber to work on planned maintenance in and around the St Austell, Bodmin and Newquay area. You will be supported, trained and guided to grow with the company and the role comes with a van and excellent benefits.
REQUIREMENTS:- Qualification - Level 2 and Level 3 Diploma in Plumbing and Domestic Heating.
CSCS card (desirable)
THE ROLE:- To undertake the duties of a plumber to include repairs and maintenance to the Company’s housing stock and other properties as directed, ensuring that the quality of work meets the highest standards.
To carry out works in an efficient and effective manner, minimising non-productive time wherever possible, and reporting to the Property Services Coordinator any difficulties encountered with any productivity problem.
The duties of a plumber will include repairs, servicing and replacement including ball valves, baths, basins, solid fuel boilers, cylinders and tanks, gutters, leadwork, pipework, soil pipes, sinks and sink units, taps and cocks, waste traps and pipes, WC pans, cisterns, etc
