Account Handler (Personal Lines/Commercial)
The purpose of the role is to provide a professional, Insurance Broking Service to clients and insurers.
Reporting to Director of the Brokerage this is an opportunity for an Account Handler to focus on renewals and providing excellent customer care as the business continues to grow. Your experience can make the difference. You will ensure a first-class customer journey.
For all classes of business undertake a full range of duties ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements including:
• Communication with customers
Ideally you can confidently field inbound and outbound communications, telephones, and emails to a high standard along with advising on additional product lines. A positive, diligent, and hardworking approach.
Working in a broking environment, (either personal or commercial lines)
Qualifications:
Cert CII qualification desired but not essential, or support to sponsor study support for candidates who have not yet completed their CII or wish to progress doing a DIP level qualification.
