Your New Role

Within your new role as HR Specialist, you will assist the Head of HR in a generalist capacity, assuming responsibility for HR related matters across a specified region. (Some travel required - mileage covered).

You will provide a proactive and innovative advisory service to managers and employees, supporting with ER Casework, Absense Management and General HR activity, also supporting the team with Recruitment, HR Project Work and Policy Work.

To be a success, it is essential you have a background supporting with ER Casework and other generalist activity and possess the ability to work autonomously and proactively, whilst building strong working relationships at all levels.
