Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Internal sales processing, in particular receiving, recording checking, processing and forwarding customer orders
- Record and forward technical enquiries to Research and Development, quality control and Application Engineering
- Written and telephone contact with customers, subsidiaries and representatives
- Interface between sales field service, production planning, quality control and freight forwarding
- Support the sales team and sales management
- Data maintenance and keeping statistics
The training you will be getting
Business Administration Level 3.
Functional skills taken alongside the apprenticeship if the candidate doesnt have GCSE or equivalent Maths or English above a grade A*-C (4-9).
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
Full-time role considered on completion of the apprenticeship.
