Salary: £110 - £230 per day

Our schools in Colchester are seeking versatile and reliable Supply Teachers to join our team immediately. About Us: As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in different classrooms and support students' learning across a range of subjects.
Key Responsibilities: - As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
- Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the needs of different learners and maintain continuity of learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher or create your own lesson plans when required.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure the smooth running of lessons and activities.
Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in secondary schools is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classrooms and teach various subjects.
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting the learning and development of students.
