Salary: £110 - £230 per day

Our schools in Colchester are seeking versatile and reliable Supply Teachers to join our team immediately. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the education of students in various subjects and year groups.
About Us: As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in different classrooms and support students' learning across a range of subjects.
Key Responsibilities: - As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
- Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the needs of different learners and maintain continuity of learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher or create your own lesson plans when required.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure the smooth running of lessons and activities.
Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in secondary schools is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classrooms and teach various subjects.
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting the learning and development of students.
