Salary Scale: £125-£220
Contract Type: Full-time or Part time available Responsibilities: - As a Primary School Cover Teacher you will deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to primary students across various year groups.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment in the absence of the class teacher.
- As a Primary School Cover Teacher you will adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Ensure a smooth transition for students in the absence of their regular teacher.
- As a Primary School Cover Teacher you will follow school policies and procedures during the cover period.
- Provide feedback to the regular teacher regarding the day's activities.
Qualifications and Skills: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience teaching primary students is advantageous.
- As a Primary School Cover Teacher you will have strong classroom management skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to cover different year groups.
- As a Primary School Cover Teacher you will have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow and implement lesson plans effectively.
