Opportunity for Visionary Leadership: Headteacher, Knightsfield School

About Us: Knightsfield School, an outstanding specialist school for deaf and hearing-impaired students, situated at the heart of Welwyn Garden City. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Headteacher to lead our thriving community. Our school, rated Outstanding by Ofsted in December 2018,is a single academy trust dedicated to empowering students through an Auditory Oral Approach to learning.

The Role:

We are offering our new Headteacher the opportunity to take on an extremely successful school and develop it further, building upon existing successes, and maintaining the momentum. As our new Headteacher, you will:

• Maintain and build upon the school's unique curriculum model.

• Support staff and pupil wellbeing and continued professional development.
