Job description

Our client, a leading Yorkshire law firm, are recruiting for an experienced conveyancing assistant to join their team in Morley. The role would suit a conveyancing assistant who can demonstrate a minimum of 1 years' experience supporting fee earners on a caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting a fee earner on a caseload of freehold and leasehold residential sales, purchases and remortgage cases.
• Taking new instructions and preparing property searches.
• Corresponding with clients and third parties.
• Ensuring files are kept up to date.
• Assisting with exchanges and completions.
• Post completion formalities.

Salary to £24,000 dependent on experience.
