Job Description

As an CRM Executive will support with the roll out of email campaigns for both B2B and B2C communications across all audiences. They’ll work within the CRM strategy to support the CRM Manager on creating, building and executing email campaigns that achieve their objectives and they’ll support the delivery of data-driven marketing, best practice and measurement of campaigns.

As a CRM Executive, we are looking for someone to:

• Create, build and execute emails for our wide range of audiences using Click Dimensions.
• Extract and export CRM data from Microsoft Dynamics, which will be used to drive marketing communications
• Collation of email results to support the reporting of email effectiveness - identify and recommend opportunities to improve email effectiveness
• Act as a brand guardian and uphold the brand guidelines across all email activity
• Ensure adherence to the relevant compliance and sign off process.
• Support the delivery of customer insights to deepen understanding of customer needs and use insights to optimise email campaigns.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Some basic experience or general interest in email marketing
• Strong project management skills, can deliver the workload and prioritise if needed
• Creative and analytical in equal measures
• Good analytical skills can use data to help support decisions
• A natural collaborator with good communication skills.
• An open & honest, enthusiastic and friendly team player
• Experience with Microsoft package, Excel and PowerPoint

Desirable: 

• An understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Click Dimensions (or equivalent).
• Experience within financial services or regulated environment.
