As part of CDIO, our Business Analysts are dedicated to understanding both user and business needs. In this role, you'll collaborate with project/delivery professionals and scrum teams to identify, analyse, model, and test these needs.

Joining the Government Digital and Data profession, you'll be an integral part of cross-functional teams working to transform our IT systems. This involves identifying business needs, analysing data, and defining solutions with a focus on delivering value to end users.

As an important member of our dynamic delivery teams, you’ll help drive digital innovation. By applying user research, you’ll understand emerging needs and trends. You'll develop systems to streamline processes and automate tasks. Our modern technologies provide infinite possibilities to improve efficiencies.

In this exciting role, you'll:

• Be part of the Government Digital and Data profession, working in a Digital & Data environment.
• Learn how to connect systems and tackle the interesting challenges of designing, building, and testing interfaces between them.
• Collaborate with important customers to understand their problems and needs.
• Assist in shaping business requirements into supplier proposals.
• Offer support in meetings and workshops, ensuring accurate information exchange with IT suppliers and other key individuals.
• Identify, document, and address risks and issues, raising concerns when needed.
• Provide constructive challenges and act as a supportive ally to find effective solutions.
• Assist in crafting business cases, highlighting potential benefits and risks.
