Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum

The Role:
Our Client House Hub UK Ltd. are seeking 2 motivated individuals to join their team to help manage a number of properties to a high standard, while assisting and dealing with any queries or instances that arise. You would be responsible for the handovers of new & existing properties on behalf of House Hub clients. This includes but is not limited to producing initial snagging reports; logging all arising actions onto the in-house systems and resolving these in a timely manner; liaising with developers and third parties to ensure resolution of maintenance and snags; setting up new bill accounts for clients; and taking all required action in accordance with the package chose by the client.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing your own property portfolio (ordinarily determined by geographical location) and physically inspecting these on a monthly basis, completing required reports, logging any issues onto the inhouse system and working to resolve these.
- Dealing with bills for your assigned area, inputting meter readings from inspections and organise any bills that need paying on client’s behalf, ensuring that we are adhering to their package in regard to invoicing for administration time etc.
- Proactively address maintenance issues, whilst keeping client informed of progress, and to see the issues through to resolution.
- Manage, book and accept deliveries on behalf of clients at their home
- Monitor and handle your own inbox as well as the Info box (joint responsibility).
- Adhere to all House Hub policies and procedures, with focus on confidentiality and lone working.
- Monitor all property keys for properties within your geographical area and ensure all are accurately logged.
- Ensure that clients properties are ready for their arrival, this can include shopping and car hire ready for them to arrive.
- Be available to meet with clients at their properties and carry out any necessary tasks that are requested (within reason) and make their stay as smooth as possible.
- Any other reasonable ad-hoc duties which may be required to contribute towards the completion of your role.
- From time to time, work outside your standard business hours in the form of on calls (over seasonal holidays) or via occasional client phone calls at mutually convenient times.
Person Specification:
- 1 years’ experience in property management (required)
- Full, clean UK driving license (required)
- Outstanding customer service
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills
- Flexible approach to work
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
