Job description
Senior Portfolio Analyst – Power BI, Automation Data Analysis, Governance, Hybrid, DV Clearance.
A Senior Portfolio Analyst is required to join our client within the public sector. supporting an ongoing programme developing Power BI Dashboards to enable a complex analysis of governance, reporting outputs & programmatic data to track key activities, plans, budgets, issues & risks across the organisation Portfolio.
• Developing data requirements to enable more insightful reporting and analysis.
• Evaluating portfolio data to identify discrepancies, trends, exceptions, and opportunities.
• Supporting the PMO Service Leads to communicate & build commitment to a shared vision and sense of purpose.
• Recognising & tracking interdependencies across the organisation Enterprise.
• Managing the implementation and associated stakeholder management and change management of new reports, tools, and concepts for data analysis.
Running lots of reports manually – wanting them to be automated in Power BI.
Helping with automation – more presence in Power BI.
Producing reports / automating – getting them onto the system.
Building dashboards – advising on data required to build.
Requirements Gathering.
Project Controls environment – rather than people analysis.
SKILLS
Data Analysis experience.
Stakeholder Management
Change Management – transition.
Power BI / Excel experience.
Project Controls / Management environment.
Active DV clearance is required for this role
