Residential Property PA / Paralegal- Surrey

Excellent opportunity for a PA to join an award-winning law firm.

Our client is a leading South East law firm with offices spread across Surrey and London. They are currently looking for a PA to join their Residential Property team in Leatherhead, Surrey.

The role will involve providing direct support to the fee earner(s) in the Residential Property department. Duties will include:

• Preparing correspondence and documents to include transcribing digital dictation.
• Administering filing which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files
• Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
• Arranging for all copying to be done
• Preparing completion statements and assisting with post exchange and pre completion
• Undertaking on-line form filling requirements including SDLT forms
• Preparing and submitting Land Registry forms (AP1, UN1, RX1 etc.)
• Dealing with registration and all post completion formalities
• Making appointments, arranging meetings and maintaining an up to date diary for his/her fee earners, etc.

To be considered, you must be an experienced legal secretary with a background in residential conveyancing.

On offer is a competitive salary of around £30,000 (depending on experience) and an attractive benefits package.
