Up to £75,000 Plus car allowance, benefits & bonus
Our client is a contracting organisation that is highly successful in the delivery of new build and refurbishment projects within London and the Southern Home Counties. They have a diverse client base to include, commercial, education and bespoke resi with projects typically ranging between £250,000 and £5million in value.
A professional individual is sought with excellent presence combined with a good all-round appreciation of construction, with a flexible approach to tendering which will include competitive, traditional bills of quantities, design and build as well as spec and drawings.
You will have five years’ plus experience in a Quantity Surveying or Estimating function in the ‘building’ industry, with demonstrable experience of contracts in both the public and private sectors. At interview you will be able to illustrate, giving examples of tenders and contracts that you have been influential in winning.
The appointment offers long term career prospects with a privately owned and operated business and you will be an influential figure in the future development of the business.
Candidates will ideally be degree qualified BSc. Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
