Mobile Water Technician

Job description

I am working with a leading FM service provider who are on the search for a mobile water technician. This role will be looking after a mobile portfolio of commercial sites, carrying out key maintenance to water related plant systems.

Duties:

• You should be capable of maintaining customer's water log books and completing the necessary documentation according to current guidelines and company policy.
• You must conduct a variety of water samples from multiple sector properties and document these samples in line with company procedures.
• Carry out water system cleaning and disinfection in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company procedures.
• You will be responsible for testing, servicing, and maintaining thermostatic mixing valves along with basic plumbing works where required.

Requirements:

• You will have a full current driving licence
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft package).
• You must have excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
