Are you a passionate Nursery Practitioner or child educator looking to work with a great nursery team in Croydon?

We are looking for a full time Nursery Practitioner, qualified level 3 Early Years, to join the team. You will be working in a supportive environment where you will truly understand and set the levels of education for the children and their path to learning. Within a safe and supportive environment you will be able to observe the childrens' confidence grow and be able to be part of this journey. Children are at the heart of everything this nursery does and to make sure that a caring approach is taken.

Responsibilities:

• To work in partnership with parents and carers
• Support the nursery providing a safe, happy, environment for individual children for them to meet their full potential
• Maintain accurate and effective children’s records, using formative and summative assessments
• Ensure that the nutritional needs of the children are met
• Undertake a shared responsibility for health, safety and cleanliness throughout the nursery

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Completion of a recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification, along with considerable relevant nursery experience of the 0 to 5 years age range
• Good written and verbal skills for report writing, maintaining child records and providing feedback to parents care givers and colleagues
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS is essential
