Job description
Step Teachers are working with a school in Kinsgbury that is seeking a full-time Year 6 Class Teacher and subject lead (History or RE or ICT) to join a mainstream primary school in Kingsbury.

As a Year 6 Class Teacher, your duties will include:
Strong knowledge of the curriculum at Key Stage 2
Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed
Work effectively with other members of staff, both within the classroom and throughout the school
Ability to monitor, assess and report on the progress of your students
Able to plan and deliver engaging and dynamic lessons
Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively
Requirements of a Year 6 Class Teacher:
Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification
Recent mainstream school-based experience teaching in a Primary School
Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management
Experience working with SEND is desirable
