What you'll be doing; - Confirm sales work orders on salesforce, including invoicing and resolving invoice disputes. Strict invoicing deadlines to be maintained.
- Raising work orders on salesforce, and printing job tickets.
- Raising purchase requisitions on workday.
- Organise and communicate purchase order requisitions and comply with purchase ordering procedures
- Manage purchase order receipting for service contracts
- Updating site based tracker from production log with details of loads in and out including commercials.
- Dealing with and resolving supplier invoice issues
- Weighing in drivers
- Payroll in relation to overtime
- Site inductions
- Reception Duties
- Management of GRIR
