Financial Controller - £75k - Hybrid working 

Pearson Carter are currently working with a growing End-User Company in the UK. They are looking to grow their team as they have. They are looking for a Financial Controller to join their team and assist them in the rapid growth of the company.

They offer an excellent salary of up to £75,000

Responsibilities:

• Act as the lead accountant for various fund structures within a team.
• Ensure that the financial records are accurate and complete.
• Managing a dynamic team of 6 staff to ensure an effective unit; 1:1, team up-skilling, training and guidance etc.
• Prepare financial reports, on a regular basis, according to statutory regulations and incorporate accounting policies.

Experience:

• Fully Qualified ACCA/CIMA
• Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Experience is Critical
• Previous experience of at least 3 years’ experience in similar position.
• Experience working with European entities

Salary

They offer up to: £75,000 + Benefits

Location

This position is a hybrid position that requires 2 days a week in the Hertfordshire, Buntingford office.
