Iconic beauty brand is looking for an experienced Social Media Executive to join their incredible team!
Working alongside the Marketing Manager to grow all Social Channels. Staying up to date with trends to ensure we are posting relevant, engaging content.
The role:
- Helping to schedule Social Content across all the brands social platforms
- Creative thinker who is confident with sharing potential ideas with the wider team with ways we can expand our Social reach to drive the brand forward
- Staying up to date on latest Social / pop culture trends and editing our content to reflect this
- Helping to drive new followers and boost engagement across all Social Platforms
- Helping the Marketing Manager & Senior Social Media Exec to brief in content with the creative & graphics team
- Confident with creating content across all platforms and confident with assisting directing freelancers to create content on behalf of the brand
- Assisting with content shoots with models, influencers & product with the help of the wider team
- Responding to Direct Messages & Comments across all social channels to grow the community
- Assisting customer enquiries with the help of the Customer Service Team on Social Media
- Monitoring UGC/Influencer content that can be repurposed across Social Channels
- Engaging on all tagged posts & stories across platforms
- Help to grow & manage the TikTok shop alongside Senior Social Media Executive and expand our strategy for increasing revenue
- Confident with copywriting, especially on brand Social Media Captions
- Strong attention to detail and able to spot errors across content, captions etc
- Highlighting missed opportunities across Social and areas we can improve
- Confident in front of the camera - Taking part in TikTok lives and in-house
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in a social media role for a brand running a larger scale Instagram account. (beauty or fashion background preferred)
- Creative and able to be adaptable
- Have a good eye for trends
- Excellent communicator
