Job Description
Business Analyst - Travel / Tourism - Luton (Hybrid Working - 2/3 days a week office based) - £50,000 to £60,000 - Permanent
Morgan McKinley are currently working with a Travel / Tourism business who are looking for a Business Analyst to join a fast-growing team. There is opportunity to get involved in lots of new projects and play a key involvement in digital transformation.
Location: Luton (Hybrid working)
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000

Roles and Responsibilities: - Managing and creating documentations using various practices.
- Driving business decisions using critical thinking.
- Working with senior stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met.
- Supporting system go live readiness through process mapping.
- Supporting continuous improvement while positively promoting the BA function across the business.
The candidate: - Using business analysis practices to support the delivery of change.
- Stakeholder management experience.
- Someone with an interest in new technology who can add structure to business processes.
- Ability to prioritise deadlines.
- Working across different project methodologies while being able to adapt to different situations.
- Travel / Tourism experience (Desirable)
