Job Title: Site Manager
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum (Full Time, Permanent, with excellent career progression)
Location: Knowsley, Liverpool is the company’s head office (Site Management Based, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm)
We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join a rapidly expanding organisation whose head office is within the Knowsley area of Liverpool. Our client is looking for a highly motivated Site Manager who can multi-task and is organised on top of having detailed, previous Site Management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring deadlines are met in accordance with the project programme.
- Monitoring and implementing Health & Safety measures.
- Co-ordinating and supervising site activities.
- Managing deliveries and all equipment associated to site.
- Delivery of site inductions and toolbox talks.
- Identifying training requirements of both you and other team members that report into you.
- Communicating on site with all clients in association within to ensure they fully understand the works to be carried out and the importance that you can answer all queries.
- Ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years previous site management experience.
- Hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
- Ability to multi-task and be organised.
- Have excellent people and communication skills.
