Ryder Reid Legal are looking to recruit an experienced and organised Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join one of our high-rolling, international law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office and become a key member of their HR Operations team. Our client, based near Barbican, specialises in Corporate, Private Equity and Banking, and has offices all over the world.
The key duties of the position include: Being responsible for payroll, processing and administration duties for the London and Brussels offices.Key point of contact for employees regarding payroll.Ensuring time off and overtime records are accurate.Reconciliation of payroll, monthly journal and reports.Providing the finance team with information and assisting them when required.Providing all relevant monthly payroll reports to the relevant teams.Research and investigate payroll discrepancies.Responsible for benefits administration.Key point of contact for all benefits related queries.Enrolling employees for their entitled benefits.Monitoring pension enrolment, and provide monthly updates to the firms pension provider.Processing invoices and expenses for the HR team. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to deliver on tight deadlines, flexibility and excellent oral and written communication skills, they must also possess and excellent working knowledge of payroll and benefits processes.
