Overview
A hugely successful high-end travel agency based in modern offices in North London are looking for an ambitious Reservations Agent to join the team.
Salary: £20,000 basic, £25,000 OTE
The Role
- Liaising with customers via telephone and email
- Managing customer accounts
- Working towards KPI’s
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Liaising with colleagues and internal teams
- Handling enquiries
- Providing customers with all relevant information
- Accurately enter and update data onto the database
Required Skills/Experience
- Some previous experience working in Reservations
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Great telephone manner
