Building Services are looking to recruit two Team Coordinators with the ability to co-ordinate and manage workforces within our Housing Repairs Section. We require a confident, hardworking, reliable and qualified tradesperson who is driven, ambitious and wants to succeed.

The post holder will work as part of the Building Services Repairs team, delivering a wide range of management tasks within the Repairs Section relating to service delivery.

Are you;

• Time served and a fully qualified tradesperson.
• Experienced in managing operatives/staff.
• Motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Able to carry out your work to a high standard.
• Skilled in delivering high customer satisfaction.
• Capable of taking responsibility for managing teams of operatives and your own workloads.
• Enthusiastic to progress in your career.
• Willing to enhance and develop your skill sets.
