The Guinness Partnership are excited to be growing our Senior Support Worker team across Devon. We are investing to further improve the support service we provide to our customers, Adults with Learning Disabilities , so that they can live the life that they choose .

As a Senior Support Worker, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to lead a team of dedicated care and support enablers. You will be responsible for:
