• Eastern Education Group, Ipswich Campus or Bury St Edmunds Campus
• 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Permanent
• Salary: £23,114 per annum - £23,893 per annum (dependent on experience)

As a Group Finance Assistant - Purchase Ledger, you will be responsible for processing group purchase ledger invoices and managing the resolution of purchase ledger queries for the entire group in a timely manner. Your role will extend to assisting in the management of group credit control functions and adhering to group deadlines for processing purchase ledger invoices. In addition, you will play a key role in the administration and maintenance of purchase ledger accounts, providing cover for the administration and processing of sales orders in Sage.

We are seeking a candidate who not only possesses the necessary technical skills but also excels in interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will work well as part of a team, showcasing natural organisational skills, self-motivation, and strong communication skills. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Knowledge of Sage 200 and Excel would be an advantage.
