We’re looking for a  Sr. Director of Brand Experience  to join Procore’s Brand Marketing Team, which is responsible for promoting and protecting the brand globally, delivering inspiring stories and experiences to drive engagement, and advancing the brand in support of the company mission and vision.We are looking for someone to lead and influence all aspects of the creative expressions of the Procore brand externally across paid and owned channels, sponsorships, employer brand, both internal and external events as well as brand activations and experiences. This position will lead creative excellence through a skilled bench of designers, copywriters, storytellers, video producers and more to deliver inspiring work and experiences that engage Procore employees, customers, partners, communities, and shareholders.Success for Procore lies in its ability to be perceived as the ‘brand for me’ by customers and prospects, and this can only be achieved through a deep understanding of our customers and in turn by crafting a brand that resonates with them.The ideal candidate is a strategic, experienced, and versatile creative who turns business goals and creative vision into memorable experiences and increases brand awareness and affinity. This position reports to the Vice President of Brand Marketing with the opportunity to work remotely within EMEA with the expectation of occasional travel to our offices.

What you’ll do:

• Co-create and maintain a cohesive Brand focused on Procore customer’s current and anticipated future needs. Incorporate user sentiments to foster a deep connection with key audiences.
• Lead creative team, including design, videography and copywriting teams, to develop innovative brand marketing campaigns, creating engaging content across various platforms, ensuring full funnel execution.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the competitive landscape.
• Concept and design engaging, omni-channel visual content, including but not limited to: marketing campaigns, sales collateral, in-person event experiences, brand partnerships, video storytelling, animation, and photography.
• Establish a Brand Center of Excellence practice responsible for fostering a strong and impactful brand experience through the development and management of brand naming, global merchandise, resources, training, and brand governance.
• Defines compelling design systems for Procore that capture the soul/personality of the company and the attention and imaginations of internal stakeholders and external customers while demonstrating competitive differentiation.
• Create bar-raising design identity systems to support and reinforce Procore’s vision and business objectives.
• Produce high-quality, innovative work with a global and culturally relevant sensibility, across a wide variety and types of audiences and placements.
• Dives deep into quantitative and qualitative data around each persona, customer perceptions and behavior, and is able to translate it into clear, actionable creative direction.

What we’re looking for:

• 15+ years’ experience in a creative role, either in-house or at a creative agency.
• 8+ years’ experience leading and managing diverse creative teams and agencies through fast-paced conceptual, experiential and strategic design and production work.
• Bachelor’s degree in communication, creative, advertising, or another related field.
• A proven track record of effectively managing creative teams with varying levels of talent across a multitude of roles, including visual design, videography, copywriting and brand enablement.
• Exceptionally skilled at creative direction, brand development, image curation, visual storytelling, layout, form and color.
• Comfortable taking ownership in an ambiguous environment.
• Builds trust, respect, and credibility with stakeholders, management peers, direct reports, and executives.
• Works autonomously to build and grow scope and visibility for their team across the organization among peers and senior leaders.
