We are looking for an amazing People Administrator to join our fun, fast-paced studio in Guildford, UK.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the People (HR) Team. You will assist with various tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. You will work closely with the People & Development Director and our employees to deliver an incredible employee journey and maintain positive engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity to see all aspects of HR within a smaller business with a people led culture.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by preparing employment contracts and pre-onboarding packs for new hires.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain employee records including salary and benefits information through our HRIS - HiBob.
- Assist with benefits administration including enrolment, changes, and terminations.
- Driving engagement of benefit tools such as vitality health.
- Support the planning and implementation of events including internal social events and external recruitment drives.
- Support social media initiatives and contribute fun ideas for studio engagement.
- Assist with administration of performance management processes.
- Collating and reporting on people analytics within the business and suggesting improvements.
- Supporting the Office Manager with administrative tasks and events.
- Adhoc administration tasks as required.
- Assist with people projects and initiatives for development.
- Some travel is possible due to international teams.
We have a hybrid working practice at Stellar with 3 days in the office and a "life happens" approach to flexi hours.
You'll have
- Experience in HR administration roles
- Passion for the employee experience and HR
- Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with a high attention to detail.
- Positive communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
