Job description

Telecoms Design engineer required to work for a international leading high tech company that develops communication and information systems across various sectors including Transport, traffic management and public safety. The successful candidate will be required to work with the transport design team to carry out radio GSM-R GRIP stage 5 detailed designs directly into NWR. To be considered for this position you will need to have a minimum of 2-3 years experience carrying out telecoms designs ideally within a railway environment althought this is not essential. If you have previous experience designing Telecoms SISS systems, (CCTV, PA, PHP, CIS) or Opertional (Fibre, FTN, SPT, PETS etc) on NWR infrastructure this would be extremley benificial as you would be offered support and training to carry out radio designs. This position is a hybrid working position and can be based out of anywhere in the UK. You would be required to travel to the London based office on some occasions.
