Our People Team are like no other; working collaboratively with their department stakeholders, as well as the operations and leadership teams to create harmony and more fluid people management. We have multiple opportunities available for both a 9 month maternity cover and permanent roles within the team.
Our HR People Advisors play a critical role within the CP family. They are the first line support to line managers and employees, providing advice on employee relations issues, HR processes and many other people related matters. They also support on project work whilst working with the wider People Team. This role is perfect for a true generalist advisor, an all-rounder.
The main base for this role is our Sky View office next to the East Midlands Airport, however there will be a requirement to travel between offices when needed.
As our next People Advisor, you will have bags of personality. You will have a real passion for people, with the ability to deal with confidential internal matters, both tactfully and diplomatically. We are also looking for someone who has:
