Role Purpose:
The Procurement department is responsible for managing and setting Procurement governance, policies, and controls for Allwyn Entertainment Ltd., with a direct focus on supporting UK businesses with the sourcing of goods and services.
The team has a huge focus to identify and deliver value across the supply chain with a wider range of experience and talent within the team.

Job Purpose
As a Supplier Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining best practice and drive positive supplier relationships across the Allwyn Supply Chain.
The role requires the development of a best practice suite of Supplier Relationship / Contract Management tools and templates for use across Allwyn relationship managers, to standardise and drive positive commercial outcomes whilst managing risk.
You will be an integral part of the wider procurement team, providing ongoing supplier management support and relationship management across the business, for a variety of indirect and direct suppliers, which will be spread across a large and varied portfolio.
Role Responsibilities:
- Present monthly dashboards to Head of Procurement including progress on Supplier Management and key actions from Monthly Business Reviews
- Manage and improve supplier performance
- Lead, define and implement robust KPIs, Performance Measures and Service Credits for all significant contracts agreed with Heads of Category
- Ensure robust Supplier Performance Management is undertaken with regular supplier and stakeholder meetings. Ensure MI reporting is distributed for all suppliers through KPIs and Performance Measures
- Contribute to database of contract information to ensure Procurement, Supplier Relationship Manager and business function has a robust contract database that is up to date at all times
- Develop and produce Summary Supplier Performance Management Dashboard and rankings by vendor, to be published monthly to Procurement and other internal stakeholders
- Resolve any supplier disputes to conclusion
- Support procurement colleagues to identify in-contract savings through efficiency and drive implementation of savings from other key areas e.g. correct number of licenses; revenue generation; correct invoicing from supplier; does supplier meet all technical and regulatory requirements
- Actively seek out Supplier Innovation and Best Practice to deliver best value to Allwyn and also resolve real time business problems or enable competitive advantage
- You will also support the Social Value team in maintaining a positive and collaborative culture
- Continually assess and promote sustainable and responsible procurement, in line with Allwyn’s Social Value framework, including social, cultural and diversity values in the organisation and throughout the supply chain
- Manages issues/risks and incidents through to resolution ensuring that sufficient evidence is available that the item has been appropriately resolved with appropriate internal reporting undertaken. Closely monitor all service anomalies to ensure appropriate communication, sign-off (if applicable) and governance in place
- Ensure all auditing rights are adhered to, undertake supplier audits, control testing on key areas of potential risk exposure and compliance sample checks
- Set up and manage a change request process and capture and report of contractual and scope changes
Key Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience of procurement supplier/contract management, with experience managing relationships with blue-chip and SME suppliers
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability and experience of driving value in supply chains
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience of delivering process improvement in a complex environment
- Relationship management with an ability to work across boundaries
- The ability to work resiliently under pressure alongside strong planning, organising and communications skills
- Excellent communications and influencing skills, and the ability to clearly present and discuss solutions at all levels
- Experience in undertaking, and successfully concluding, difficult commercial conversations with both internal stakeholders and external parties as well as contractual dispute resolution within a commercial environment
- Strong Commercial acumen background with the ability to negotiate and provide good value for money
- Willingness and enthusiasm to attend partner events, representing the organization in a professional manner

These checks include a DBS (an enhanced check, which shows convictions and conditional cautions), credit and social media checks. As part of our application process, you will be asked to identify in advance if you have spent or unspent convictions that we need to be aware of.
Should you not disclose convictions at the application stage, not pass the Fit & Proper Check process or not complete your Pre-Employment Screening then unfortunately you may not pass our probation process.
