Job description
The Aerial Direct Administration team are growing and we are looking for several enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join this small but close knit department.
If you have impeccable organisational skills and pride yourself on typing accuracy even at speed - this is the role for you! Your first 3-6 months will be office based but once you are fully trained you will have the opportunity to work remotely Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays. Our administrators work Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00 so there is no weekend work and no evening work involved.
So what does the role involve?
- Processing new customer information
- Liaising with customer service and sales teams to obtain information and ensure orders are processed
- Supporting stock updates when needed
- Monitoring department trackers to ensure targets and KPIs are met
- Supporting all departments with administration including data entry, customer administration and reporting

What are we looking for?
- Experience in administration is a bonus but we can train you, what's more important is your attitude!
- Impeccable organisational skills are a must
- Excellent written English
- Strong typing accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office products
- Confidence working independently
- Reliability and the ability to self motivate
