As a Security Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role within our dynamic team, utilising your expertise and capabilities to bolster security measures and ensure the safety and protection of clients and assets. Key Responsibilities:

• To prepare tenders and quotations by designing or interpreting specifications provided or surveys for security systems including intruder alarm systems, access control, door entry and CCTV systems.
• Handle both incoming and outgoing enquiries efficiently, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Proactively generate new enquiries to meet sales targets.
• Deliver presentations to customers, either at company premises or client locations.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency to quote for system takeovers and upgrades.

Technical Knowledge/Skills:

• Intruder systems: Eaton Range, Pyronix, Honeywell – Galaxy, Texecom, Mobile Apps.
• CCTV systems: Hikvision IP/TVI, Pelco, DM, Adpro, Optex, RVR Solutions
• Access control: ACT, Paxton.
• Door entry: BPT, Fermax, Videx – IP and Analogue.
• External lighting:
• GUI:
• Monitoring: RedCARE, DualCom, ARC/RVR, GSM/PSTN Diallers.

The successful candidate will have:

• Possess knowledge and understanding of contract law relevant to security systems.
• Proficiency in IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiarity with security standards.
• Proven sales record in security systems,
• A “can do” attitude with a positive, patient, and assertive nature.
• Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
