As the Year 1 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and contributing to the overall development of our Year 1 students. Salary Scale: £130-£220
Contract Type: Full-time
Start Date: Easter Responsibilities: - As a Year 1 Class Teacher you will plan and deliver creative and developmentally appropriate lessons for Year 1 students.
- Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the social and academic growth of each student.
- As a Year 1 Class Teacher you will assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and curriculum activities.
- As a Year 1 Class Teacher you will build positive relationships with students and contribute to their social and emotional development.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay informed about educational innovations.
Qualifications and Skills: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Class Teacher, preferably in a Year 1 setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to the holistic development of young learners.
