Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Glasgow, City Centre - Hybrid
Salary: £27,500 - £35,000

About the company:
Do you have customer service or sales experience?
My client are a specialist in their field and offer insurance solutions to their international client base. They have offices across all around the globe and hold a 1st class reputation in the Employee Benefits Market. They are looking to hire multiple candidates across the business from back office support through to sales.
Although coming from the Insurance sector is desired, this is not an essential as my client will happily invest their time into those who are keen to kickstart a new career.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handling calls from clients and providers to retain and up sell products and services
* Book appointments for insurer's and clients
* Take clients to market and make give advice on services
* Manage Client renewals and identify growth opportunities
* Provide solution based problem solving
* Develop and maintain appropriate technical and market knowledge
* Support revenue reporting activity as appropriate
