Reports to Enterprise Applications Manager
With continued growth across the Aztec Group, our Information Technology teams are expanding to support current and future business needs. We are after experts in the field to help us deliver high-quality, seamless and uninterrupted IT experiences for our employees and clients, across our multiple European jurisdictions.
The purpose of this position is to assist in the development of the Enterprise Applications team including design and implementation of the core systems (including 3e, Talentia, Salesforce, Medius, BankClarity, Docusign, Greenhouse and FenX), processes and reporting systems, to enable the team to expand the service offering throughout the Group.
For this team, remote/flexible working is the norm, with occasional trips to the office as and when required.
Key responsibilities:
- Interpreting requirements, including conducting reviews of scoping documents to ensure completeness, and analysis of system configuration to meet these needs
- Liaising with key stakeholders on technical points arising from requests, including assisting developers
- Liaising with vendors and third-party suppliers regarding deliverables, including on-going communications, holding regular project meetings and charting progress
- Acting within the Change Management Framework, to assist with the development of the applications, including identifying current and future requirements
- Assisting with implementing system changes, reporting, application upgrades, feature enrichment and replacement of legacy applications
- Contributing to Salesforce CRM system enhancements
- Assisting in integration of Salesforce with third party applications
- Contributing to continuing improvement processes for administration and governance strategies across the team
- Assisting in application documentation, reconciliation and testing activities
- Assisting with the resolution of support tickets
Skills, knowledge, expertise:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in system configuration and systems management
- Knowledge of SDLC is a must
- Involvement in vendor and third party relationships would be an advantage
- Experience in report writing (e.g. BO, SSRS, Power BI) and data extraction, including the use of SQL and RDBMS knowledge
- Experience in programming languages (e.g. VB.Net, C#, VBA)
- Experience in configuration, development and integration of Salesforce with third party applications like Pardot / Marketing tool, Introhive / AI Platform, Forsta (Confirmit), VOC and building Custom Objects, Screens and Workflows
- Experience in finance systems (eg 3e), HR and payroll systems (eg Talentia, Workday), invoice automation system (eg Medius), payment automation system (eg BankClarity), client onboarding and KYC systems (eg FenX) would be an advantage
- Technical financial services industry knowledge would be preferred but not essential (to be supported by the Aztec Academy)
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts
- Strong problem-solving skills, methodical approach and adherence to change management practices
