Sales & Events Executive - Maternity Cover
Salary - £24,000 - £28,000 DOE
Working Hours - Monday to Friday - Full time - Occasionally weekend work may be required.
Start date - ASAP

Job Profile:

Looking to speak to people who are able to work in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for working in Events and Sales. We are looking for motivated individuals who are able to build relationships with clients and has a real passion for providing a high standard of service.

You will be coordinating the events and conference bookings for the venues, conducting show rounds and meeting customers to establish final details, ensuring every customer receives a high standard and seamless service.
To be responsible for coordinating the conference, wedding and events bookings for the venue.

To be the main point of contact for weddings from enquiry stage to handover to Operations team, taking the lead on enquiry handing, conversion, wedding planning and upselling.

Proactively upselling the facilities and always aiming to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations.

To raise and send customer invoices and take payments as necessary. To be responsible for post event calls and customer feedback. Consistently ensure the highest standards of accurate and timely customer, staff and management information.

Skills and experience required:

- 2 years Events planning experience
- Sales Background
- Strong relationship building skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Highly accurate with an excellent attention to detail
- Outgoing and bubbly personality
- Pro-Active mindset
- Excellent organisational skills
- Negotiation skills
