Overview

We have incredible entry level opportunity to get into the property industry as a Business Development Executive. The property industry is continuously growing year on year and this opportunity in a company that offers loads of progression, couldn’t put you in a better position to gain an inside understanding of the industry and set you up to really succeed.

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000

The Role

• Start off by shadowing the current Senior Business Development Manager
• Develop networking by getting out on site
• Manage bid submissions
• PQQ’s
• Lead generating
• Manage your own client database

The Person

• At least 2 years’ experience in a sales position
• Experience in construction – desirable
• Great personality and very confident
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
