Turnaround Home Manager - £55,000 - £60,000 – Wolverhampton area     

SYK are proud to be working with a client who are recruiting for an experienced Manager to join their team as a Turnaround Manager. This is a great opportunity to support a dedicated Management team in a well-established Wolverhampton based Nursing Home.  

The Home provides specialist care for residents living with dementia at different stages in its progression as well as people with a range of complex health care needs.

As the Turnaround Manager you will work along side the current Management team to implement and introduce new policies and procedures to secure a Good rating with the CQC.   

Ideal candidates will be nurse quailed (RMN/RGN/RNLD) and/or hold a Diploma Level 5, RMA or NVQ Level 4 in Health Care Management. All applicants must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving a minimum of Good ratings with the CQC. A background in dementia care and challenging behaviours is also desirable.
